The PEACE Builders initiative is a comprehensive program designed to enhance the resiliency skills of youth through conflict resolution education and training. Tailored for ages 14-18, this program not only equips them with essential conflict resolution skills but also increases their ability to cope with violence they may encounter in schools or other gathering places. The primary focus is on de-escalating violence and fostering a culture of understanding, empathy, and constructive communication.
Through authentic student voice, students consider, discuss, and contribute to the creation of appropriate and relevant strategies to respond to bullying in their context. We support students to collaboratively discuss their ideas about bullying, and what they can do about it individually and as a school community.

Conflicts arise daily in teens’ lives. How we approach that conflict and the actions we take to escalate or de-escalate the situation is our choice. Often with a little training and self-awareness, teens can resolve conflicts so they can excel in school and everyday life. Social Butterflii works to empower youth for exactly this situation through conflict resolution training.
