The Empower Purpose Mentorship Program, also known as P.O.E.T.I.C., offers youth a transformative opportunity to collaborate with caring mentors, fostering a positive outlook on their future. Our program's ultimate objective is to empower and inspire young individuals, cultivating their self-confidence, academic accomplishments, and career aspirations, leading them to become valuable contributors to society.

P.O.E.T.I.C. is dedicated to youth development within the community, pursuing this mission through the following core pillars:

1. Motivated by Life: We harness personal life experiences as a foundation for inspiring and empowering young individuals. Our guest speakers actively engage in youth programming, providing a platform for self-expression and fostering a profound understanding of one's self and purpose.
2. Inspired by Love: We facilitate mentoring partnerships between youth and inspirational adults who are driven by a deep sense of love and commitment to empowering the young minds within the community.

Empowered by Light: Our program equips youth with essential skills and knowledge, including college readiness (covering the college application process, financial aid, scholarships, and more), career development (comprising resume building, job skill training, and interview preparation), and entrepreneurship development. These tools empower our youth to embark on their future journeys with confidence and resilience.
